Romans 1:1-6, 16-17

The goal of Christian ministry is to produce loving Christians by placing the gospel at the center of our Christianity. That goal, then, demands that we answer a basic question: what is the gospel? Before we can enjoy the great features of a gospel-centered ministry, we have to start by defining the gospel itself. In this passage, Paul defines the gospel and puts it at the center of what it means to belong to Jesus Christ. Therefore, let’s use this passage to answer the question, What is the gospel?
