Romans 11:1-12

The church at Rome has become a majority-Gentile congregation, and they might be tempted by the anti-Jewish sentiment that exists among Romans to think that God has changed his mind and rejected his people. But Paul surprises us by laying out how God’s 3 grace is still at work among Israel, and how through this grace God is bringing salvation to many. And as we consider God’s grace at work among the nations, we can see the way God’s grace is at work in our church and in our lives. So, let’s look at this passage today which shows us the surprising power of grace.
